Contact RentACarInDubai.net
Two separate routes: one for people who need a rental car in Dubai, one for rental companies that want to receive those requests.
There are two different reasons to get in touch, and they go to different places. Please use the right one — a partnership enquiry sent through the rental route ends up in front of a rental company instead of in front of us.
If you need a rental car in Dubai
The fastest route is WhatsApp, because your dates, duration and category arrive in a single message and a rental partner can reply with what they actually have available.
Send a rental request on WhatsApp.
Useful things to include:
- The start date, and how long you need the car — a day, a week, a month, longer.
- The category you have in mind, or simply “not sure” if you would rather be advised.
- Where you want to collect it, or where it should be delivered.
- Anything that narrows it down: number of passengers, luggage, automatic transmission, a preference for a particular brand.
Please do not send identity documents or payment details with an enquiry. They are not needed to route a request, and the rental company will ask you directly for whatever it requires at the point of hire.
What happens next
Your request goes to a rental company that works in the category you asked about. They reply with current vehicles, current pricing and their own terms. The rental agreement, the deposit, the insurance and the vehicle are entirely theirs — this site is not a party to the rental.
If nothing suitable comes back, say so and the request can be routed differently. That is more useful to you than a polite silence.
If you are a rental company
Rental businesses interested in receiving enquiries from this site should read the partnership page first, which sets out how category positions work, and then get in touch through the route listed there. Partnership enquiries reach the site owner directly and are never passed to a rental partner.
By email
For anything that does not fit either route — a correction to a guide, a privacy request, or a question about how the site works — email info@rentacarindubai.net. Corrections to factual errors are genuinely welcome; if something on these pages has gone out of date, we would rather hear about it than leave it standing.
Start from the homepage if you would prefer to browse the rental categories before sending anything, or read the guides covering requirements, deposits and rental terms.
Frequently asked questions
What should I include in a rental request?
Send the start date, how long you need the car, the category you have in mind, and where you would like to collect it or have it delivered. A budget range and any preference on transmission or number of seats helps but is optional. That is enough for a rental company to reply with real options.
Do I need to send documents to make an enquiry?
No. Do not send passport scans, licence photographs, Emirates ID copies or card details at the enquiry stage. Nothing about routing a request requires them. The rental company will tell you what it needs at the point you actually rent, and that exchange is between you and them.
Who replies to my request?
A licensed rental company that covers the category you asked about. RentACarInDubai.net does not rent vehicles itself and does not quote prices. The rental provider replies with the vehicles they have available, their current pricing and their own terms and conditions.
How do I get in touch about a partnership rather than a rental?
Use the partnership route rather than the rental enquiry route, so that a business enquiry is not sent to a rental company as though it were a customer lead. The partnership page explains what the arrangement involves and how category positions are structured.
