These terms cover your use of RentACarInDubai.net. The most important point is the first one, and everything else follows from it.

This site is not the rental company

RentACarInDubai.net is an independent search and enquiry service. It does not own, lease or operate vehicles, does not employ drivers, does not hold a rental licence and is not a party to any rental agreement.

When you send a rental request, it is passed to an independent, licensed rental company. Any rental agreement is made between you and that company. The vehicle, the price, the security deposit, the insurance, the terms and the service are theirs, and any obligation or liability arising from the rental sits with them and not with this site.

Information on this site is general

The guidance published here describes how car rental in Dubai generally works. It is written against official sources where those exist, and it is reviewed and dated. It is still general information rather than legal, insurance, financial or regulatory advice, and it cannot account for the specific terms of any individual rental agreement.

Rules, requirements and company policies change. Before you commit to a rental, confirm the points that matter to you with the rental company in writing and, for regulatory questions, with the relevant UAE authority. Where a page tells you to verify something, that instruction is deliberate.

Prices, availability and vehicles

This site does not publish invented prices or invented availability. Where pricing or vehicle information appears, it originates from a rental partner and reflects what that partner supplied at the time it was supplied.

Prices, availability and rental terms can change at any time, and final rental terms are confirmed only by the rental provider. Vehicle images and specifications are illustrative; the exact vehicle supplied may differ in colour, model year or specification. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no booking is confirmed by this site.

Enquiries

An enquiry sent through this site is a request to be contacted by a rental company. It is not a booking, it does not reserve a vehicle, and it creates no obligation on you or on any rental company until you and that company agree terms directly.

Please do not send identity documents or payment card details with an enquiry. We do not request them and do not need them to route a request.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or submit false or automated enquiries — enquiry routing consumes a real company’s time at the other end.

Commercial relationships

Some rental companies have a commercial arrangement with this site. Where that is the case, the placement is labelled. Editorial material — including any page explaining how to compare or judge rental companies — is not sold, and a commercial arrangement does not buy an editorial recommendation.

Intellectual property

The written material, structure and design of this site belong to RentACarInDubai.net. You are welcome to read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. Republishing pages in bulk is not permitted.

This site links to official UAE government sources and may link to rental partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their own terms.

Limitation

The site is provided as it is. While the material is written and reviewed carefully, no guarantee is given that every statement is complete or current at the moment you read it, and this site is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of general guidance published here.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with them.
